What is your refund policy?
Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our plugins. While we generally do not offer refunds due to the digital nature of our products (which cannot be physically returned), we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee under specific circumstances.

If you're based in the UK, why am I charged in US Dollars?
WordPress is a CMS used by people around the world, and the US Dollar is the most widely recognized currency.
All transactions will be debited from your local bank account in your local currency. Please note that some banks charge a currency conversion fee for this service, whereas others do not.
20% VAT will be added to all purchases from customers in the United Kingdom and any overseas territories subject to VAT in the UK.

Who is behind Code Cariad?
Code Cariad was founded by Sarah Tamsin (Digital Rebel Academy) and Rob Kinsella (Arkay Digital). Sarah and Rob are both experienced WordPress professionals, who often need to implement bespoke solutions for their clients.
